1.YOUTHS -out of school ,in tertiary institutions(colleges and university) ,in informal enterprises and those who live in streets.

2.WOMEN  - in sex work,in leadership and in informal trade(vendors and cross boarders) 

3.WORKERS - those formally employed and those self employed in informal enterprises.
